Holocaust Memorial Day Outreach

Each year the Holocaust Memorial Trust suggest themes to consider. In recent years we have used these themes as starting points for our outreach programme.
 

2009 - Stand Up to Hatred
Brent's Wall of Resistance  
Holocaust Memorial Day 2009 (HMD09) challenged us to Stand Up to Hatred and urged all of us to look at our behaviour to others; to understand how hate is directed against different minorities in Britain today; to explore how each of us can help make our communities stronger and safer. Members of Brent's comunity helped to create Brent's wall of resistance by creating thier our artwork that represented one brick,  taking a stand against hate.
