Brent Diwali

Diwali, the celebration of New Year in the traditional Indian calendar, is one of the most important annual celebrations for the Hindu, Sikh and Jain communities.
The festival boasts an oustanding rangoli competition, the very best performers from Brent's many Indian dance schools and beautifully lit floats and hundreds of costumed performers who swirl through the streets of Wembley during the Brent Diwali parade. The outstanding procession of colour and creativity culminates in a stunning display of lights and fireworks that light up Brent's skies.
