Invite the Mayor to your event

The Mayor attends hundreds of engagements every year. We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to invite the Mayor to your event.

All requests for the Mayor's attendance should be sent at the earliest opportunity as the Mayor's diary does fill up quickly. We will respond to all requests within five working days of receipt.

You will hear from us whether the Mayor can attend.

If he can not attend the Deputy Mayor will be asked to go as the Mayor's representative. Once your engagement has been accepted you will receive written confirmation.
