Demolitions

If you intend to demolish a building, or part, you must inform the council. Our surveyors will visit to make sure what you are doing meets with the requirements of The Building Act, 1984. Approval under the relevant planning acts may also be needed.

Building or demolition works can cause problems for neighbours of the site and force us to take action against you.
