Parent and toddler groups

Parent and toddler groups provide great opportunities for children and social opportunities for parents to meet in an informal atmosphere at a reasonable cost. They are ideal places to meet other families with pre-school children.

Parent and toddler groups fall outside the regulation of Ofsted but for adults it is a chance to talk with others about the joys and anxieties of bringing up children. The groups are often run by members themselves on a voluntary basis.

Amongst other things children learn songs, how to share toys and how to socialise with others.
