Education Welfare Service

The main objectives of Brent's Education Welfare Service (EWS) are:

• to secure excellent attendance levels at schools and educational services in Brent
• to support individual students in accessing education
• to provide support and advice to parents in relation to their children's attendance at school
• to provide an efficient, effective and fair licensing system for children who are employed, which puts their welfare first.
