Integrated Working

Integrated Working focuses on encouraging professionals to work together and to adopt common processes to help the needs of children and young people. The underlying principles are based around early intervention and effective prevention.

The aim of Integrated Working is to work together to support all children in Brent to improve their life chances and reduce inequalities in the community.

We are taking this forward by implementing the Common Assessment Framework and the role of the Lead Professional.
