Schools finance

'Schools finance' is the generic term used for funding that is made available to schools within the borough.

It is the council's responsibility to provide the public - and schools themselves - with relevant financial information related to schooling.

This includes:

• funding delegated to schools through the schools funding formula, used at their discretion 
• council sponsored projects 
• the council's central expenditure for education and children services.
