Chalkhill Redevelopment Project

From the outset, the vision for the redevelopment project has been to satisfy the rehousing needs, and improve the quality of life for residents of Chalkhill and to make the area a valued and well-regarded part of the Wembley community.

The redevelopment is nearing its completion all the public sector housing are now completed the only remain building is the combined facilities building which should be completed in the New Year

The redevelopment is being carried out as a partnership between Brent Council, Metropolitan Housing Trust, Taylor Wimpey and the local community.
