Minutes availability alerts
Minutes for most meetings held on this database are usually published about three weeks after the meeting has taken place, and the record of decisions for Planning is published a couple of days after the meeting (and replaced with the full minutes when these are ready).
Due to the complexities of preparing the minutes and gaining the necessary clearances, there can sometimes be a delay before they are available for publication. This can cause a problem for those who wish to view the minutes as they don't know when to look. Therefore we have introduced an e-mail alert system to automatically inform you when the minutes have been published.
Regular Alerts for a Particular Committee or Meeting
Register with the system to request the minutes from specific Committee and meeting types and also receive other information such as planning applications in your area and Council news.
