Sheltered housing

We provide sheltered housing through a partnership with a number of Housing Associations including Willow, PCHA, Innisfree, ASRA and Jewish Community Housing Association.

These Housing Associations accept nominations from us and from a wide range of other voluntary organisations operating in Brent.
 
Applicants will normally have to be over 60 years of age and have to be assessed as suitable for the scheme.
 
We also have several extra care sheltered schemes in Brent. These are for older people who are frailer and who need additional support.
