Anti-social behaviour

Anti-social behaviour covers a range of nuisance and disorder problems that can have a significant impact on the lives of residents, businesses and people who visit Brent. Brent has a dedicated Anti-Social Behaviour Team to tackle anti-social behaviour. This is a joint council and police team that works closely with registered social landlords and Brent Housing Partnership who deal with council tenants. Tackling anti-social behaviour is a key priority for us.

To tackle anti-social behaviour we will:

 

  • use all our powers to stop anti-social behaviour
  • respond quickly to all complaints of anti-social behaviour
  • record and investigate all cases of anti-social behaviour
  • provide support to victims and witnesses
  • inform you regularly about action taken.
