We always try to provide excellent services. But things sometimes go wrong and, when they do, we want to know so that we can put things right, and learn from our mistakes.
How to complain
You can make a complaint using any of the following methods:
- use our online complaint form
- download the complaints leaflet (.pdf, 876Kb) and form (.pdf, 62Kb)
- visit us in person at the One Stop Service
- email customer.services@brent.gov.uk
- write us a letter
- telephone
- fax us.
Each department has a complaints manager you can contact directly with your concerns.
