Complaints by children and young people
How to give feedback about services
Firstly, try to speak to someone who works for Brent Council and tell him or her about your views.
If you don't know who to speak to you can phone our One Stop Service on 020 8937 1200. You can speak to any customer services officer or ask to speak to a children and young person's officer.
If you need any help doing this, you can ask a friend or an adult you can trust.
A member of staff will try to sort out any problems straight away. Sometimes we may take longer, but we will let you know what is happening.
If you would like to contact us online, please fill in our form.
