About us

At Brent Connexions we provide information, advice and support for 13 to19 year olds. For young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, the service is available for those up to the age of 25. We’re here to make sure that young people get the help they need to make the most of their life. Professionally trained staff, known as Personal Advisers, see young people in a variety of settings including the Connexions centre, schools and youth and community centres.

We can offer advice and support on a range of issues including:
