If you are a young person aged 13 to 19 (or up to the age of 25 if you have learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities) we need you! We would like you to get involved in anything from helping us to decide where funds for Connexions services need to be spent, to taking part in interview panels for Connexions staff.

What kind of things can you expect to achieve by joining the ‘Youth Participation Pool’ for Brent Connexions?

• develop key skills – e.g. interview, presentation, negotiation
• increase your confidence through public speaking
• meet new people and help shape the future of services affecting people your age
• receive a certificate which can be added to individual portfolio/record of achievement
