Secondary newly qualified teachers

Brent teacher recruitment unit operates a secondary newly qualified teacher's pool. This means that rather than responding to advertisements for individual schools you complete one application form and send it to teacher recruitment.

We then do all the hard work for you, circulating your details on a database to all secondary head teachers. If a head teacher has a vacancy that you could fill they will request your full application details from us. Then if they are further interested they will invite you for an interview at the school.

Brent secondary schools value the new perspective and ideas that newly qualified teachers can bring to a school and they are quick to recognise new talent. There are numerous training opportunities in Brent and career advancement is rapid. If you think you have the skills and drive to teach in our schools then apply today.
