How does it work?
Address based email alert
Select your address and then choose categories you'd like to be emailed about. In some cases you can specify a radius from where you live to limit the information to your local area. For example, you can be ask to be sent updates on planning applications, or recorded crimes, within 500m of your house.
Ward based email alert
You can also sign up for email alerts by ward. Choose one or more wards that you'd like to be kept informed about, or request information for a radius from your ward boundary. For example, you may wish to be informed of all licence applications in your ward and in the 100m area surrounding it.
Please note: if you have mail filters in place on your email account make sure you specify e.alert@brent.gov.uk as an allowed address - otherwise your ealerts may be treated as junk mail. After five unsuccessful attempts to deliver your ealert your address will be taken off the ealert database.
