The focus system provides Local Authorities with a specialised CRM Solution to cater for all their Service needs through a single, easy to use and cost effective solution.

The system caters for all types of contact channels; telephone, face-to-face, Public Kiosks, email & the Web. focus can be configured to manage a Customer Contact Centre (One-Stop-Shop), a Call-Centre or direct contact with the required Council Service. Contacts are categorized and allocated to the appropriate support staff or specialised service queues.
