Description:ISB distribute and support a CRM system, originally developed by the London Borough of Newham in 1998. ISB was chosen under the auspices of SOCITM's Software Consortium to further develop, enhance and support the original system. ISB have enhanced this system and transformed it into a generic 'engine' in the form of a package that eases the CRM implementation process. The system is ideally suited to the Local Authority framework having been developed by a local authority. Facilitated by the Local Authority Software Consortium and with the key objective of mutual co-operation towards true value for money, LACRM costs are per site (unlimited seats) and include upfront and fixed charges for implementation and training. Our primary objective, in keeping with the Software Consortium ethos, is to uniquely provide a solution with NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. The System is web-based and will run with Oracle 9i or SQL Server 2000 databases.
