Comment:The toolkit is aimed at other local authorities who would like to launch their own online ticket sales system. The eTicketing service offered by Kingston Council was produced as part of the Local e-Government National e-Pay project. One of the aims of this project is to share knowledge and experiences between local authorities to enable all authorities to provide services electronically.
