This website contains information about e-Government related goods and services for UK local authorities.

No personal data is held other than name and/or email address for email subscriptions, self-service and contact details for administrators of Groups/Partnerships.

Ownership: The eGov Register is owned by Brent Council.

Purpose: The personal data is used to allow email subscriptions and self-service updates.

Disclosure:

1. The contact details for administrators of Groups/Partnerships are displayed on the Group page if contact details are not available from the Group's own website.

2. Email addresses are held when you subscribe to email alerts. These are not displayed on the website. They are used internally to send you emails related to the eGov Register. Under no circumstances will they be divulged to any third party but they may be divulged to senior staff in your own organisation if requested.

3. Names and email addresses are held when you register to use the eGR Extranet for self service. These are not displayed on the website. They are used internally to manage your registration and self-service update rights. Under no circumstances are they divulged to any third party but they may be divulged to senior staff in your own organisation if requested.
