You only need to register if you wish to use the self service update facilities If you are a new supplier or have new products you need to contact us by email to make the request.

N.B. you do not need to register in order to view the database or subscribe to email alerts - these facilities are freely available to everyone.

Registration for self-service is only available to staff of suppliers or local authorities which are already listed on the eGov Register. Your registration email address must use the domain name of your organisation.*

Registration for self-service is a 4 step process:-

1. Say whether you are from a local authority or a supplier.
2. Select your LA or Supplier from the list (you can scroll or start typing into the search box)
3. Enter the first part of your email address (i.e before the @ sign)*
4. Enter a password (minimum 5 chrs)
5. Click on Register

The system will now send you an email with a verification link which you must respond to in order to continue the registration process. Once you respond, the system will take about 5 minutes to complete the registration process and then you will be able to login.

The services available to registered users can be seen from the Self Service page.

When you make updates to the eGR data you may be sent an email asking you to confirm your changes. This is a precaution to ensure that you are still employed by your organisation.
