Deep linking to the eGR website

We welcome other websites linking to appropriate pages within the eGovernment Register.

The site has been designed to make it as easy as possible to deep link to relevant pages. You can use the unique clear text URL to publish on your own website.

Examples of where this might be used include

Local authorities publishing the link to their software usage page in order to answer FOI enquires e.g Brent
Suppliers publishing the link to their product usage pages to assist their marketing e.g Government Gateway
Suppliers publishing the link to their integration pages to assist their marketing e.g Lagan
Groups and partnerships publishing links to their product usage e.g London Connects
Third party website linking to selected supplier or LA pages e.g Evaluation Centre, GovData or SiteMorse

We now have alternative URLs for Suppliers, Products and Local Authorities which use a unique reference number instead of the name. These allow you to hold just the appropriate reference number on your database and to program it to generate the URL. e.g

These reference IDs can be found on the individual LA, Supplier or Product pages.
