How to update this website for Local Authorities
If you work for a Local Authority and you wish to modify the information on the website please use the customised spreadsheets to notify us of any software or hardware usage changes for your authority :-
1. Go to your local authority page - http://www.brent.gov.uk/egr.nsf/menus/Local+Authorities
2. Download the Software, Hardware or Integration Usage spreadsheet (which will be customised to show your existing data), update it with the required changes (in bold please so that changes can be distinguished from the original data) and return it to us - see the Contact Us page.
Usage details need to include the name of the Product, the Supplier (or for hardware the Manufacturer), the implementation status (Live, In progress or Planned), preferably the year it went live and any comments you wish to make.
To modify any other data on the website just let us know what needs to be changed.

Updates to the website are normally carried out within 3 working days (unless there is a lot of data to enter) and we will notify you when it is complete.
Please note that we need to retain some evidence of the request. This must be sent either by email (using your official email domain name) or by fax (using official headed paper).
We will always promptly correct any factual errors but we reserve the right to display information in the best interests of the website as a whole.
