The Partnership aims to achieve the following: - Joined up working with good practice, experience sharing. - Joined up working with good practice for two key E govt delivery roles. - Strong collaborative working with the NE Local Government Improvement Partnership and the NE Centre of Excellence - A space for joint service planning and delivery. - Increased collaboration, cost savings, joint procurement. - Joint projects and new funding streams. - Cost saving over individual project management / consultancy
