E-forms for “parking contravention mitigation” (i.e. appeal against the issue of a penalty charge notice), including email notification of form receipt and appeal procedures.
IDeA guidance
:
To fulfil the requirements of this outcome, councils will need to implement online forms to allow customers to appeal against the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice in relation to parking and traffic controls, and to track these interactions using a CRM system or other system with similar functionality.
Notification of form receipt should include information on the enforcement and appeals process.
