Description:

The London Public Service Network (LPSN) will provide secure inter-borough connectivity for London together with the opportunity for onward links via approved gateways to services in both Central Government and Health. LPSN utilises the existing London Grid for Learning (LGfL) infrastructure but provides an initial 20Mpbs bandwidth reserved and prioritised solely for Local Authority business use.

A gateway to GCSx has been agreed and final testing is in progress (Aug 08).
A gateway to NHS N3 has been agreed and implementation is in progress (Apr 08).
A gateway to the London Emergency Planning system has been implemented (Oct 07).
