The eGR self-service system will allow registered users to update their own data on the eGov Register and to view restricted data such as ratings and comments.
The self-service updates and the restricted access data all take place on the eGR Extranet which is a copy of the main eGR website but containing the extra information (and with extra security). Logging in will take you to the Extranet website.
The services available are being implemented in stages and the revised provisional plan is shown below -
Phase 1 (live in Feb 2008) - Update ratings and comments on Suppliers and LAs. See Ratings and Comments.
Phase 2 (Apr/May 2008) - add/update Integration and Product Usage data
Phase 3 (May 2008) - update Review Date fields for LAs and Products.
Phase 4 (June 2008) - add/update Events data
Phase 5 (June 2008) - add/update email subscriptions
Phase 6 (July 2008) - add/update local authority Projects data
Phase 7 etc - to be determined
When you make updates to the eGR data you may be sent an email asking you to confirm your changes. This is a precaution to ensure that you are still employed by your organisation.
