eGR tour - public sector view
This tour highlights some of the most useful features of the eGov Register from a public sector point of view.
1. Check your authority's data and subscribe to email alerts for any changes. eg Hackney
2. Check what products are available for any of 100+ categories - select from Product Types
3. Check what products other authorities are using - select the authority or partnership.
4. Check what products a group/partnership is using - select the group and type of product eg CRM in London
5. Find out what integrations have been done with a particular product. eg Lagan Frontline
6. See what tenders there have been for a particular type of product (and if they have made their tender documentation available to download). eg CRM or Client Index
7. Sign up for email alerts or RSS for a product category that you have an interest in. eg Document Management
8. Going to visit another authority? Get a list of what software they use, what integrations they have done, maps showing their civic centre (choose Google, Microsoft or Multimap), journey planner directions, even the weather forecast.
