ODPM desc:Agreed baseline and take-up targets for migration of local authority business to e-access channels (e.g. web, telephone contact centres, Interactive Digital TV, mobile telephone) by 2005/06, including efficiency savings
 
IDeA guidance:This outcome is a voluntary one agreed by high performing councils as part of the IEG3 grant claim process.

To fulfil the requirements of this outcome, councils will need to define a series of criteria to measure efficiency savings from the migration of local authority business from conventional to e-access channels.
