| IDeA guidance: | To fulfil the requirements of this outcome councils must produce and implement an e-skills training programme. Choice of modes of delivery and target qualifications will be up to each council, but the European Computer Driving Licence and British Computer Society Qualifications are suggestions.
The programme should aim to train all staff and Members to the base level within a reasonable timescale. |
