Ratings and Comments
Local Authorities can give star ratings and comments to those suppliers and products which they use and Suppliers can rate those local authorities whom they work with.
Summary ratings are shown on the Supplier, Product and Local Authority pages on the main eGR website and the details are held on the eGR Extranet website.
Registration for access to the eGR Extranet is only available to local authorities and suppliers who are listed on the eGR database. Local authorities can see the details of any rating and comment but Suppliers can only see those which relate to their own products.
The identity of the author of any rating or comment is not revealed - so you can be completely candid! *
Those Suppliers, Products and Local Authorities which, so far, have received ratings or comments can be seen from the following links. Data started to be held in February 2008.
If you would like to contribute to this information please register and use the self-service rating facility - your organisation must be associated via product usage with whatever you are going to rate or comment on.
* Except that the author's identity will be revealed to senior staff in their own organisation if requested and abusive comments will be deleted.
