Shared Services

These pages show examples of shared services between local authorities. Each partner in a shared service is shown with a comment to describe their role in the service. Data started to be held in July 2007.

A Shared Service is defined to be software or hardware which is supplied by one authority (or a partnership) and used by other authorities. At present this definition does not include managed services where the service is provided by a private sector supplier - see Managed Services product type for this type of information).
