eGovernment Register

Tenders

These pages list invitations to tender published by UK local authorities for products related to e-Government.

N.B. The data on these lists is compiled from weekly IT publications and the OJEU website. It is not exhaustive and the e-Government Register takes no responsibility for its completeness or accuracy.

See the Tender Information FAQ for more details about what we publish.

Tenders over £140k must be advertised in the Official Journal of the EU unless OGC Catalist is used. Catalist allows contract opportunities to be advertised within a pre-tendered framework which removes the need to advertise via OJEU. The OJEU Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) website is at http://ted.europa.eu (see our Using TED page if you want to use TED directly)

You can get eGR current tenders via an RSS feed or you can subscribe to the Email Alert facility via the product category page to be notified of any new tenders for that particular product category eg CRM or Document Management. Note that some Product Types have a large number of tenders (eg CRM or EDM) while others have very few - see the list of Tenders by Product Type which shows how many there have been in each category.

At present we are unable to obtain data on tenders advertised via OGC Catalist but framework contacts can be seen on the OGC Contracts Database.

There are also various other services which will search for contracts relevant to your interests and notify you. Examples are: Please let us know about new Invitations to Tender or requests for Expressions of Interest which are not already listed on our pages.

The e-Government Register is vendor independent and does not seek to promote or disadvantage any particular product or supplier. If you feel that this position is being compromised in any way please see this page.
