Council Services Out-of-Hours
The services provided out-of-hours are a mixture of emergency services, services normally provided out-of-hours and responses to specific incidents.
 
If you have an emergency please call 020 8937 1234.

• The following types of call are taken and passed to a duty officer.
• Significant public health incidents.
• Pests or rodents in Council-owned property.
• Noise nuisance ongoing during the Pollution Patrol's operating hours.
• Damaged or defective street lighting or signing and other incidents affecting highways and pavements including blocked gulleys.
• Road Traffic Accidents.
• Homelessness.
• Repairs to Council-owned properties.
• Collapsed or unsafe buildings or structures.
• Incidents on school or Library properties.
• Incidents or unsafe equipment in Parks or Playgrounds
• The media requesting a Council spokesperson.
• Defective traffic signals.
• Parking Offences.
• General incident or emergency.
• Urgent Death Certificate.
