Request rubbish collection

You can use this form to report a missed rubbish collection. If we miss your collection for some reason, we will:
- collect your grey rubbish bin the same day if we miss it and you let us know by 2pm of your normal collection day; or
- collect your grey rubbish bins (or blacks bags if you do not have a grey rubbish bin) provided you leave your rubbish in a visible and accessible place on the edge of your property.
