Culture 8 - a non-stop family festival of music, dance, sport, circus and street entertainment from West London's best to Welcome the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games - hits Wembley as West London welcomes the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games on Sunday 28 September from 3pm until 8pm.
The fun begins from 3pm with free sports taster sessions in the Sports Challenge Zone on Olympic Way and free music, dance and street entertainment on the Cafe Stage in Wembley Arena Square.
From 5pm over 200 performers from West London will perform on Wembley Arena's famous stage in a stunning showcase of non stop global music and dance, headlined by the legendary Jazzie B (Soul II Soul) and Riz MC.
This spectacular event kicks off the Cultural Olympiad celebrations across the UK during the weekend of 27 and 28 September and has been awarded the Inspire mark by the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Tickets are selling fast with a nominal charge to cover event administration. Adults £2, kids £1 and a family ticket (2 adults and 2 kids) £5.
