Join us in the Get Involved Fair, Monday 13 October, from 4pm until 7pm at Brent Town Hall and find out:
- how to become a councillor
- how to become a school governor
- how to vote and be registered to vote
- how to get involved in council meetings
- how to be a Streetwatcher
- how to become a foster carer
- how to become a Youth Parliament representative
- how to become a Magistrate
A special presentation will be given at 5pm by the Chief Executive Gareth Daniel, on how decision making works in Brent and why your contribution is important. You will also have the opportunity to meet Councillors, members of council staff and attend a number of workshops.
