24/10/2008: Have your say about waste

We are joining with Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames to make a plan to deal with West London's waste up to 2025.

The West London Waste Plan will identify sites for the wide range of waste facilities needed to manage the waste produced in West London. The plan is in the early stages of preparation but we would like your views about the key issues and policy options that have been identified.

Local people will get the chance to find out more about the plan, and give their views at this early stage through a series of workshops which will be held in October, November and December 2008 in each of the six West London boroughs.

To help us make all the necessary arrangements, please register in advance by emailing ldf@brent.gov.uk or calling 020 8937 5387 if you wish to attend the first workshop in Brent.
