Website availability

Our target for the availability of the website is 100% uptime. However we occasionally need to make essential maintenance updates to the technical environment and the website may be unavailable for a short period of time.  We try to carry out such planned downtime at a time of day when there will be few users and we give advance notice of the time and date on the News area on the home page.
