The My Brent facility allows you to personalise your use of the Brent website by retaining some frequently used information so that you can get to this easily.
My Brent uses a cookie to retain the address information on your computer. If you are using a public access terminal (such as in an Internet cafe or a library) then we recommend that you delete this information at the end of your session by clicking on the "Clear this information" link.
1. My details
The Customer Portal facility allows you to enter a name and password to gain access to personal information. Currently this includes past online transactions, uncompleted forms and settings for the email alert system. Anyone can sign up for these facilities.
Later in 2008 we will be introducing a more secure version of the Customer Portal (using the national Government Gateway authentication process) which will allow you to see your own data on council systems such as Council Tax or Housing Rents.
