Customer data integration


 

Brent Council is recognised as one of the leaders in the area of local authority data management and integration.

 

We have recently introduced an initiative to improve the quality of information that we hold about our customers. The Client Index project will link data from across a range of computer systems in different parts of the organisation.  This will result in major improvements in both service to the public and efficiency within the council

 

The public will only have to provide personal data once and the council should not need to ask for it again.

 

The information will be more accurate and more up-to-date.

 

The combined data will allow the council to provide more proactive support to help customers take advantage of the full range of council services available to them.
