Brent Council has completed a formal consultation setting out a plan to close of the Gwenneth Rickus site of Leopold Primary School. This was being proposed in response to falling pupil numbers in Brent, resulting in a high number of spare places in local primary schools.
A final decision on the proposal will be made by Brent Council Cabinet in due course.A copy of the full proposal and the letter sent to parents at the launch of the consultation are attached below.
