Parking and bus lane tickets and fines

There are a number of different ways you can pay your parking or bus lane penalty charge notice:

Pay online

Pay online using our secure payment system.

Pay by phone

If you have a major credit or debit card, you can call our telephone payment line on 0845 331 2500 and follow the instructions or you can complete the form on the reverse of the parking ticket and pay by post.

Pay by post
You can send a cheque or postal order with the PCN number written clearly on the back to the address shown below. Cheques should be made payable to London Borough of Brent.

The penalty charge notice number, name, address and vehicle registration number must be written on the reverse of the cheque or attached with the payment - failure to do this could result in the case progressing). Do not send any cash through the post.

Pay in person

Pay in person at one of our parking shops.

Appeals

If you disagree with the penalty charge notice representations received within the 14-day payment period may be made online by emailing brent.appeals@apcoa.co.uk.
