We have a limited availability of property and we don't have shops on any high streets.
Most of our industrial units are let on long term lettings and all council lettings and sales are at current market values. We do not provide commercial premises at subsidised rent.
Commercial
The vast majority of commercial properties have been sold on long leases to private businesses. Only a few lock-up shops for renting - mainly located on council housing estates. These seldom become available to let on the market.
Industrial units and offices
Over the years we have sold most of our commercial properties. There remains only three small business estates - in Harlesden, Stonebridge and Willesden.
These units become available from time to time for letting and will appear advertised on the lettings page
