North Circular Road consultation

Boats on the Welsh HarpThe success of the North Circular Road regeneration depends on local people helping us with the development and delivery of our plans. 

 

We held two community workshops for the North Circular Road Regeneration Area in July 2008. These provided us with a view of residents' first opinions of the area around them.

 

The findings from these workshops helped us form a document called A New image for the North Circular (.pdf, 3023Kb).

The intention of the consultation process was to capture a broad cross-section of the community from Mitchelbrook, Brentfield Estate, St Raphael's Estate, Welsh Harp and Dudden Hill. Key stakeholders were also consulted.

 

A variety of consultation methods were used, including:

 

  • an on-street survey
  • a leaflet drop
  • an on-line questionnaire
  • Area Consultative Forums.
