Direct debit
Direct debit is a quick and easy way to pay your council tax and is currently used by over 36,000 people. You can now choose from any of the following monthly payment dates:
Simply call 020 8937 1790, advise your bank details and the direct debit can be set up without you having to complete the mandate form.
Alternatively, you can download the direct debit form (.pdf, 52Kb), fill out your details and post it to the address indicated on the mandate or apply online.

Pay by credit card, Switch, Delta, or another debit card by calling our 24 hour automated hotline 020 8937 1717.
Telephone banking
By contacting your bank. Please quote our sort code 60-23-09, our account number 95711317 and your council tax reference number.
PayPoint
You can pay at any shop in the borough that displays the PayPoint symbol. Take your bill with you as the barcode on it is used to process the payment. Your payment must be in cash.
