Did you know that it only takes a little regular exercise to keep you fit and healthy? You can easily fit it into your daily routine, and it won't cost a fortune - in fact it could be free!
Whatever your age, size or ability, it is never too late to get active. All you need to do is 30 minutes of moderate physical activity, three times per week. This will increase your breathing rate and leave you feeling revitalised, bringing huge benefits to you both physically and mentally.
