Brent Fun Run and Walk

Have you been inspired by the Olympic and Paralympic Games?  Now is your chance to get more active. 

The Brent Fun Run and Walk will take place on 20 September 2009 at Fryent Country Park, a nature reserve in the heart of the borough, with fantastic views of Wembley Stadium over the trees! It is an off road grass route which is relatively flat and is ideal for beginners, families and regular runners alike.

You can enter on your own or take part with friends, work colleagues or family.  Spectators are welcome at the event.

It is a 1.5km walk opened to ages 5 and above starting at 11.30. Any one under 11 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.

The run/walk event is 5km opened to anyone over 15 years of age and starts at 11.30am. For more information, please download the brochure (.pdf, 234Kb).
